Terms of Lease of cars in sofia

Eligibility Requirements
Drivers possessing a valid driving permit for at least one year, a valid identification document and at least 21 years old.

Delivery of the Vehicle
At any location in Sofia:

* Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. – Free

* Weekends and Mondays through Fridays from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. – €10

Pricing and Methods of Payment
All prices include unlimited mileage and full insurance coverage. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, VISA and Mastercard credit cards. All prices are quoted in euros.

Fuel
All vehicles are leased with full petrol tank. Upon return of vehicles without a full petrol tank the difference is settled at €2.00 per liter.

Additional Equipment: GPS Navigation System (upon request only)
Rent a car with GPS navigation system for Bulgaria for only €5 per day and deposit €200. Garmin Nuvi navigates with ease, touch screen display, programmed in multiple languages, routes to points of interest, including hotels, restaurants, petrol stations, airports, ATMs and more.

Deposit
A deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit varies depending on the length of the lease as well as the type of the vehicle.

The full amount of the deposit, or a portion of it, could be withheld under the following circumstances:
# damages of the suspension mechanisms of the vehicle;
# considerable damages to the vehicle as a result of an accident;
# any damages to the vehicle as a result of an accident without a protocol from the authorities;
# at the time of return of the vehicle the lessee owes the lessor money in accordance with the contract and the terms of lease.

Delayed Return of the Vehicle
In case the return of the vehicle is delayed, the lessee is required to pay €5 for each overdue hour.

Personal Driver
Sara Rent can provide you with a personal driver for the duration of the lease of your vehicle. The service fee is €20 per day excluding any accompanying costs. Please, contact us for more information.

Technical Problems
In the case of technical problems the client has to contact Sara Rent on the EMERGENCY TELEPHONE NUMBER written on the renting contract.

In Case of an Accident
The first thing to do is to call our EMERGENCY TELEPHONE NUMBER written on the contract. Then call the police (phone: 166) and ask them to come and make an evidence protocol.

PLEASE NOTE

Damage insurance is not valid in the following cases:

* The car is driven after alcohol or drugs.
* In case of accident, no police report for insurance occurrence is presented upon returning the car.
* The renter has allowed another person not authorized in the contract or not having a driver’s license to drive the car.
* The car tires are damaged not as a result of fire or car accident.
* The renter deliberately damages the car or its accessories.

Theft insurance is not valid in the following cases:

* The car is left unlocked.
* The car is left and the alarm is not switched on.
* The car is left with the car documents inside.
* The radio/cassette panel is not removed.

In all of the above cases, the lessee bears the responsibility for the incurred damages.

Lost Registration Documents
In case the car’s registration documents or keys are lost and not returned by the renter, a fine of €100 each applies.
